Jono, the chef and owner of Salted Butter, brings over 15 years of industry experience to the table. his career spans two and three hat restaurants, renowned wineries, and relaxed café settings. from private dinners to large events, he has a wealth of experience

originally from Geelong, Jono relocated to Jervis Bay four years ago and now calls the area home, where he lives with his wife and son.

We have been lucky enough to have Jono cater both our family Easter and Christmas gatherings over the last two years, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. On both occasions, the food was outstanding - fresh, modern, and absolutely delicious, with generous portion sizes that everyone enjoyed.
